2. Description of Services

Inselly.com publishes a blog: written guides and articles about running an Instagram account. That is the whole of it. The site is free to read and there is nothing to buy, nothing to subscribe to and no account to create.

Inselly previously offered free Instagram calculators and a paid AI-powered account audit.Both have been discontinued. They are not available, they are not being processed, and nothing on this site should be read as an offer to provide them.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

  • using our Services in any way that violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
  • scraping, data-mining or extracting data from our website for any commercial purpose without our express written consent;
  • knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

All content, features and functionality on our website — including text, graphics, illustrations and logos — are the exclusive property of Inselly.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited licence only for the purpose of reading the Services as intended.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services. Some articles are years old, and a link that worked when it was written may no longer lead anywhere useful.

The articles on this site were written at different times, some of them years ago, and describe features of platforms we do not control. Instagram changes its interface regularly. We make no guarantee that any instruction, screenshot or figure in an article is still current, and you should treat older material as a record of how something worked rather than as present-day advice.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Services at any time, without notice. We are under no obligation to keep any particular page or article available.
